Roast beef is roast beef and rotisserie chicken is rotisserie chicken. BBQ is made overnight with a smoker. There are several traditions of good BBQ. Carolina, Texas, Kansas City but this ain’t it.

One complaint: they hack their meet like cavemen. It arrives on the plate in a jarring pile that looks half-eaten. It’s those kitchen scissors they love to use so much.
