How many times have I arrived at SFO on a flight arriving at 11:30 p.m. only to run breathlessly to catch the last Bart train at 11:40 p.m……and miss it. Bart should run to at least 1:00 a.m.

This is only going to lead to more sleeping in stations and driving and never leaving the city/parts wherever-Bay.
