		<description><![CDATA[Well, the removal of these little lakes and lagoons did have the side effect of significantly cutting down on the number of Mosquitoes in our fine city, which at various times in our history have carried Malaria and other infectious diseases.  So, um, I can&#039;t get too excited about restoring them.
