Today on I Heart Street Art, we venture down Orange Alley, a once-plain little alleyway just off Valencia that, thanks to the efforts of a group of artists and neighbors, is set to give Clarion and Balmy a run for they money. Link.

    I’m excited about this one. Everyone always pays attention to Clarion and that’s great but there’s a lot of other cool mural art going up around the area.

    My friends’ garage is on this street and we have dinner parties every week. I watched these murals go up – it was really cool to see the process on a weekly basis, layer by layer.
    Sadly, a bunch of taggers like to post up badly drawn tags, over and over, buff after buff – fingers crossed they leave the real art alone!
