		<description><![CDATA[In a way, this is the best time to rent in years. It is totally a renters market, and there are a ton of options.
But no one seems to have told the landlords this... We&#039;ve come close to signing a contract 3 times in the last 2 weeks, just to have some terrible experience with a crazy landlord. It&#039;s gotten ridiculous.
Today we actually discovered a &quot;no musical instruments&quot; clause on the 3rd page of a lease agreement. We called the landlord and it was non-negotiable. What really pissed me off was that the first thing I told the agent was that we were both musicians looking for a room in which we could play music.]]></description>
