Oh yeah, maybe not on your picture but the other side has a sign that reads “Beware of the Dog”

I remember seeing this car in the Mission! On Valencia and 14th. I was walking to work (where I counsel those with with mental illnesses) and tried snapping a picture of it, but I was too slow.
