i’ve gotta weigh in on this. i had the very first BanhMi to come from the Cushman, and it was waaaaay better than this guy is describing. perhaps the attention to detail was not there in this instance, but my experience was quite better.

the sandwich was full of stuff. perhaps a bit too much, but it definitely had enough daikon, carrots, and (extra) peppers. perhaps there was a bit too much pate, but when is that ever a bad thing?

i still feel bad for giving it an A- when asked by the proprieter, but that was only because it was $5 compared to saigon’s $3. bottom line–it tasted fantastic. and you get still get into med school with an A-

thanks for getting a review. i meant to remind my housemate to go out to try banhmisf, (since i wasn’t in town) but totally spaced. so i’m glad you have a review from someone who has tried one.
