I believe I have illustrated this more than once here. They dump their garbage in the neighborhood on a regular basis, and they snark at their employees. ‘Nuff said!

The best mac ‘n’ cheese is my own recipe, of course. I don’t expect you to believe it but, with 3 cheeses, scratch-made white sauce, and the addition of capers… you’ll always wonder…
