Major Violations

1. Certain food that is not hot enough or cold enough.
2. Food contains possibly harmful impurities.
3. Severe cockroaches.

Moderate Violations

1. Improperly thawed food.
2. Food prepared in unsafe area or with bare hands.
3. Ready-to-eat food exposed to raw meat/chicken/fish/eggs.
4. Dirty utensils/equipment.

Minor Violations

1. Inadequate handwashing equipment/supplies.
2. Improper storage of utensils/equipment.
3. Rats or mice.

The pitchers of margaritas always did the trick and we always would get one too many and pay for it after the fact.

It was the only bar that I would see entire booths of people passed out before 11pm.
