I spent a minute last night with a friend trying to imagine a fajita ice cream. We figured you’d have some kind of a black bean/sour cream ice cream, potentially a guacamole/salsa swirl. We got stumped on how to incorporate the meats though.

They’re really really good. But i’d only recommend them if you think the idea sounds awesome when you hear it. If you think “eww” or “i’m a vegan” they may not be for you.

also awesome right now: “Pink Lady” Sorbet, with apples and cranberries. and it’s vegan.
