It's 20th - you can see John O'Connell High on the right. (21st is the street that lines up with Sutro. Think of the digital upgrades and modern "21st" Century TV.)

Is that 21st or 22nd St in focus?

I do believe that the front flank is Liberty Hill, but I’ve never seen the bulk at this angle – very, very cool.

The quality of light in this shot is amazing. I love the shadows spilling over the hills.
