It also sits next to a sub-par-yet-works-in-a-pinch pizza place similar to Blondie’s/Fat Slice and there’s a hookah shop two buildings down. And it smells like a co-op. All we need is some Jansport backpacks and Cal hoodies and we can rename 22nd street to Telegraph Ave.

Full disclosure: I was a house manager for the biggest co-op in Berkeley in 2002. So was Andrew, the drummer for La Corde. On top of that I mentioned the Gilman.

I’ve said it before, but Revolution Cafe is a little piece of Berkeley oddly juxtaposed in the middle of the Mission.

Well, I don’t know which option might be more depressing… the idea that my parents might be cooler than me, or the idea that I might actually qualify as old enough to be KevMo’s grandparent.
