		<description><![CDATA[Mistaken - Those fabulous empty warehouse buildings are actually fabulous, empty &quot;live/work&quot; condolofts, and not suitable for actual &quot;work.&quot; That being said, activspace is dreaming with it&#039;s exorbitant 2007 sq ft prices. It&#039;s fabulous and half-empty, too!

Most of the people doing &quot;the same thing people in the neighborhood have been doing for decades,&quot; were chased out of SF by the yuppie-RBA-dotcom-induced cost-of-living, and they are now &quot;doing the same thing&quot; in Oakland or Portland.

It&#039;s okay, though, because this food bubble economy will never pop...until it does.]]></description>
