Her cart’s been around forever, used to be at 21st and Alabama but they’ve been having construction there for the past 6 months, so she’s moved to 21st & Florida. At night, at the same store (the store is also called Doña Tere) they serve bacon wrapped hot dogs, tamales and pupusas, when they wheel a grill out in front of the store, along with another tent. All the food is less than $2. I suspect when the construction at Alabama is over, she’ll move that particular cart (tamales, champurrado, etc.) back there.
