Like most government agencies, Muni is all about building shit (T-line, Central Subway, etc.) and for some reason the money for construction is always there.

But when it comes to actually RUNNING the infrastructure they already have, there’s ZERO money. Not for drivers, supervisors, planning, etc. Let’s not let them continue this mistake.
