Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than
just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and all.

Nevertheless think of if you added some great pictures or videos
to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent
but with pics and clips, this site could undeniably
be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Awesome blog!

I actually talked to Amnesia's owner about the theme change a while ago and learned the following.

A) It's still gonna be red inside (the painting is done...can you tell?). They change the theme every now and then, it's almost always small changes. Personally I like that, more bars should have upkeep and a redecoration every few years.

Has anyone else been into Place Pigalle lately for example? Needs a good tidy and maybe a redecoration. They also need to keep IPA on tap - it's always out.

B) Amnesia has been open at that spot a lot longer then its famous predecessors like the Chameleon. It's not a remotely new bar.

C) Remember when they had the ravey orange and gray outside paint job? That changed, it turned out just fine.

A friend of mine pointed out this Blog to me. I love all interesting comments. He pointed it out to me because I designed and made the sign for Amnesia. The owner wanted to put a Donkey up there but after some discussion it was decided that we should make a boat. I am not sure why he wanted a Donkey. He also sings in a Sea Shanty Band, his parents live in Nantucket and he loves to surf. So do I, thus the nautical theme. I do not think that the pirate shop across the street had any real bearing on what theme to use, but its cool. I love the energy and all the new entrepreneurial aspects of the Mission. I wish that some of those food cart businesses could run up and down the block without permits and make some tourists sick, I also would like to make a large Donkey in the vein of the trojan horse for the folks that make pickles.

Amnesia... I forget...

Where is it?

Actually, it's true. I CAN'T remember which of these Mission-esque names is which. Really, I suffer from Mission-blindness -- except for the places that have a literal reason for their names. Like The Sycamore.
