There is a further supporting point that, without a credential (such as training by BB, RR or 4B), it really can take more time and energy to determine whether a person is trained and what further training they may need. This time and energy is what Desi and his crew don’t have right now. So not a bad – or an unfair – strategy, I don’t believe…
The only remaining issue is what James O’Boston so clearly points out: use of a disjunctive with three antecedent elements.
