This reminds me of last year hen I took Siegfried, my 3 month old kitten on the Amtrak to Sacto. Pets are not really allowed on the train, but the conductor was an animal lover, and had me sit in the front car where seeing eye dogs are allowed, and Siegfried the Kitten was allowed to romp around the mostly empty car.
