However can we just talk for a moment about the absolute absurdity (among many) from planning code chic with respect to the simple front street access to basement conveyance storage — aka the good old fashioned garage?

All the car nazis are trying to eliminate this basic feature without understanding (because they are bug-eyed and clueless) that garages are great for bikes, and the assumption that somehow its a win for cyclists to have to carry their bikes upstairs and hang them on hooks.
