On top, it looks like (hard to tell for sure) a roof-top tent from Autohome (http://www.autohomeus.com/). We have the Columbus model on one of our Land Rovers. If so, you’re only looking at 100 pounds or so up there. Not enough to seriously affect the vehicle’s center of gravity.
