It was parked on De Haro at 17th this morning at 7. Even in my sleepy haze riding the 19 to school with Mister Toddler, it stood out.

Yesterday morning I randomly heard a group of adults yell “Heroes in a halfshell, turtle power!” outside my office on Market St. Unfortunately I’m 5 floors up so I couldn’t see what had prompted it.

This car had Oregon plates. I walked by on Sunday and overheard a dude standing next to it, talking on the phone. He said “Ya, I’m on Valencia street? It’s like, The Hawthorne of SF.”
