		<description><![CDATA[Just an FYI, as far as I understand in the few years this space was vacant about 5 different restaurants applied for permits.  Seasonal soul food was just one of them (the most exciting but not the last).  I think the place that actually followed through with the permit process is just generic regular food.  Sad.]]></description>
