Hi!!!! I deserve the tickets because I am a true fan of more than 20 yrs and am from Mpls! I need some SF love from other Prince fans so far my car has been broken into 5 times and towed 4 times…… I need to come and shake my ass with some good funky folksand feel the San Francisco love !!!!! I EARNED this ticket; because the last time that I saw him in concert was at the Oakland Coliseum, and Prince sat in a chair, pouting thru most of the concert.
The couple of times that he deigned to sing he sounded like he was singing from the bottom of latrine; the sound system was THAT bad.
Shit, I’m STILL angry behind that!

My best friend was diagnosed with malignant tumor in her lungs yesterday and she asked me if we could go dancing tonight. She loves Prince and his magic will give her mind and body an much needed break, if only for a moment.

When I was 14 and our house burned down on Easter Sunday, we went to the home of family friends. The eldest daughter sat me down in front of the TV and popped in a VHS of “Purple Rain.” Later she came by and said, “Is Prince helping?” When I said, “Not really” she was totally offended. (Seriously? Our house just burned down.) Still, I’d like a chance to revisit the alleged healing powers of Prince.

i deserve the tickets because i have the Purple Rain record poster hanging in my bedroom, despite the awful forced perspective and Prince’s raging camel toe. Also, because i saw the Purple Reign cover band in las vegas during the last 2 hours of my 20s… even though most of it was sitting through a terrible Morris Day and the Time tribute.
