I think I missed the part where reader jacobe established his credentials, other than his own report of talking to the owners, for speaking with any authority about the future of this steak house. I mean, maybe he did, maybe he didn’t — that’s the same authority that The Bible and The Koran claim, and I don’t believe any of that horseshit.
