Without the leadership to keep the younger ones in check – so to speak, the war has become even more heated.

The shootings come in waves, like sets in Hawaii, I figure it’s a 3 to 4 year period. The cycle is tracking true to form. It could be as new pukes turn 15 or 16 they get initiated into the crass silliness of gangs or it could be the average time in stir is 4 years. Nonetheless, like cicadas, when they arrive it seems the end-times have truly come then autumn chills and we quickly forget for 17 years only to be rudely reminded at their rebirth.

Now about those choppers, SFPD does not have them. They had one, it was very expensive. At one point they crashed it and it was never repaired.
