all the people that work there are extremely friendly in my experience. sometimes it’s crowded and there are long sandwich waits, but you can’t blame that on the staff.

Personally, I used to like Rhea’s but that place is run by pompous jerks. For years I put up with that crap because I liked the sandwiches. Service is unprofessional in the sense that if you don’t have a pound of metal on your face and the faux biker/hipster uniform on then they are going to ignore you till you say something. Also, you know who else likes Rhea’s? Hitler.
