		<description><![CDATA[haha 2nd time yesterday. i saw the same hydrant bursting out as i got home yesterday afternoon, fire trucks shut it off but hella cars were getting free washes. doubt the first one was a car crash tho, since everyone was chillin&#039; &amp; the hydrant on 26th &amp; folsom was also busted.]]></description>
