The egg custard is sweet and rich like Ice cream, which by the way is mostly made of eggs, and the ginger caramelized bacon is an absolutely devine contrast to the custard it is encased in. If you have ever had ice cream with salty roasted pistacios, walnuts or macadamias in it, you should understand how good this could be. I hope some of you got to try the bacon and egg while it lasted!
