Crowd psychology shows that in adverse situations 90% of people will “freeze” We all want to think that we are part of the other 10% and you’ll never know until your building catches on fire or the flood hits or you see someone getting their ass kicked or a car theft. Just keep your eyes open, do your best and hope a 10% person will push you out of the way when you’re staring into the headlights.

Jaxon you assume incorrectly, I directly confronted the guy then I took the photo before I called the police so that they had a photo of who they are looking for. By the way the cruiser showed up before I was even off the phone with dispatch. of the dozen people on the street I guess I was the only one to get involved.
