Nevertheless, people, if you see a poor person with a dog, especially a person driving an older car, please assume that it’s likely they’re going to murder that dog for fun and profit and detain them as best you can. I suggest using your sense of moral superiority since it’s so plumb and bloated.

Nevertheless, people, if you know these people or see this dog, don’t hesitate to bust their asses; the problem with dog-owning cheapskates is that they also avoid vet bills.
