The spelling of ‘Argentine’ is not analogous to the spelling of ‘Mexican’.

I’m also of Argentinian (or ‘Argentine’) descent, both words are correct, but I’ve never hear an Argentinian use the word ‘Argentine’. Argentine is an old-timey British word (like the old expression, ‘Rich as an Argentine’, hah! If only.) No matter how you spell it, our food is delicious and I hope this place doesn’t eff it up.
