I use vintage images because I’m a bit of a nostalgist. I don’t work on the vintage scooters as they are already well taken care of by Barry at SF Scooter Centre.

The body is still made of steel but there are some plastic trim pieces. The gas tank, glovebox and handlebar covers are plastic because they need to be, other pieces are plastic most likely to save money. Vespa assembly still takes place in Italy at the Pontedera factory.
