nothing new. they had a fence on the bank a few years back when that section of harrison was a ghost town. methinks that section of harrison might go dead again for a second before being reborn again

That raised section was to unload box cars. There were tracks along that section of Harrison as late as the mid ’90′s

Yeah, they did that a week or two ago. I think they didn’t want the skateboarders doing tricks there, since previously they had added those metal runners on the concrete. Lame, but lawsuits are lamer.
