It seems that most people around here that use this type of argument are transplants, but they also want Halloween in the Castro to return to its former glory and same with Bay to Breakers etc. You can’t have it both ways. Pick a side and stay on it. I think your jealousy/hatred of property owners is really what is informing your “argument” more than anything.
