I dunno, it is pretty clearly non-functional/broken, if you look at it closely. The bow is not actually strung at all, so it is just decorative. Is that still illegal?

Most steam punk doesn’t have gasoline internal combustion. I think it’s just an unnecessarily violent display. HOWEVER, if the biker is a woman, then it’s badass. Why the double standard? Armed women are wonderful.
