Nobody maliciously thinks its “fun” to “clothesline” anyone — most people don’t have cars with collapsible mirrors (myself included) or just don’t think about it. There is no imaginary bike lane between parked and moving cars, you’re just impatient. You should go get a motorcycle and drive down highway narrowly traversing the dotted line between cars stopped in traffic, that’s also a great idea.
