It’s so hard to find a place to live in SF that people are resorting to paying for Facebook ads

Has it really come to this?  On one hand, I kind of admire her spunk and outside-the-box thinking.  It’s soooooo damn difficult to find anything on Craigslist these days.  I had a room open up in my place and got over 100 responses to my Craigslist ad in the first few hours before I made like Gordon Ramsey and shut it down.

On the other hand, this is really depressing!  Anyway, check out the FB page and offer any advice/condolences/hate here.

I blame all those folks being bussed in and out daily from Silicon Valley.

Psssssst: Jackson Mississippi is the next place to be. Get in on the ground floor. Cheap digs (they’re subdividing ante-bellum mansions), cheap food, no fog, room to run your dogs.
Other places: Detroit–happenin’ art scene–lofts for nuthin’ (and no fog).

Kansas City, MO–happenin’ art scene, world class standards–orchestra, art museum (no fog).

Worcester, MA–blue collar nirvana without the priciness of Boston. (drop your r’s and no fog)

Mississippi: Where the only legal abortion clinic is being put out of businees

Kansas: Where they are just about succeeding in teaching ‘intelligent’ design in place of actual scientific theory.

Worcester: Not nearly as bad. But not nearly as good.

  7. A fascinating discussion is worth comment. I do think that you
ought to write more on this issue, it might not be a taboo subject but generally folks don’t
talk about such subjects. To the next! Kind regards!!
