I drove a Checker for years. They’re notoriously hard to date, as they look mostly the same from 1960 until they stopped making them in 1982. But that one has the Federal bumper, so it’s post-1973, and it has a single license plate lamp, so it’s pre-1981. If there were a picture from the front I would be able to tell better.

Looks like an A12 from the outer trim, but can’t really tell without seeing the inside.
