Dude we had a blast today, thanks again for letting us crash your place. My friend and I were so impressed we became inspired to possibly create a Belcher St. festivity in the same manner, and possible involving homebrewed beer and pinata jousting.

Somehow, to me, a guacamole championship seems a little inimical to the spirit of guacamole. Guacamole should be a personal thing, which you should present to your friends, as a statement about who you are and how you feel about the avocado. And, for that matter, how you feel about the recipient of the avocado. The avocado is a pliant, flexible thing; you should treat it with respect and reverence, like a vagina.

Is this contest really open to anyone? I’ve got an awesome / very unique recipe that I’d love for people to try…but I don’t know these folks at all. I’d feel kinda wierd crashing their guac-party if its a bunch of other people who all know each other.
