Market downtown would be good, too. Pedicabbing is all about trying to minimize your time spent moving while empty, so the best spots will be where a shit ton of people congregate. I never found bar pedicabbing to be anywhere near as profitable as daytime tourist pedicabbing and the tourists are less annoying.

Giants games are also a great place to do it.
