It’s actually a” Juan(Quad) Macchiato” and is on the 4B “secret” menu. Like the Affogato, you have to know about it to order it. Try it sometime. Also,I look totally faded in this picture!

Espresso does, however, contain scum, which could be misinterpreted as “foam”.

Espresso doesn’t contain foam.

Fun fact: the reason they give you the spoon with your espresso is so that if the espresso doesn’t wake you up, you can use the spoon to snort coke instead.

The obvious answer would be that they are using the spoon to feed foam to a bird. As long as we are judging etiquette here, in English you don’t end questions with periods.
