Wow, I don’t even know where to start on that one. By any reasonable standard, Drewes is one of the top butchers in the city. If you think Drewes is gross, get it over and just move to the suburbs where you can buy everything packaged in nice little plastic pouches.

Drewes is one of the finest independently-owned establishments in the city, prices things fairly, will order you anything you ask for, will cut meat to your specifications, and are some of the nicest people there are to buy from. Bagging on them paints you as nothing but a gigantic douche.
