It was this morning on 16th & Florida. They were very animated but never made contact (think crazy ninja fight in their head- swinging weapons around) before 4 sfpd cop cars showed up to access the sitch… all the sudden neither of them claimed the bag anymore. Cops ran over the umbrella with their car.
