Don’t hate! This guy is my neighbor and one of the sweetest humans ever. His dog Rocco is adorable. Other neighbors and I have considered hiring him as a life coach. He is stoked at all times. Being that he went through the tragic loss of his girlfriend only a year or two ago, he’s doing pretty well and always optimistic.

I appreciate this dude’s Mission attitude and charm, but agree he’s obnoxious by riding on the sidewalk. Have almost been run down by him a few times. C’mon, dude, get off the frikking sidewalk – esp. on 24th st. Same with people who bicycle on the sidewalk – wtf?
