Personally, I’d rather hang out at Point Franklin Beach Park. It’ll be far across the gulf from the hipsters at Dolores Beach and probably have better views. Especially after the Parks Dept. annexes what’s left of Seals Stadium, or whatever it’s called these days.
Unfortunately Potrero is an island by this point — you will have to apply for a travel visa at their consulate.
