Didn’t get a ticket so that was fortunate. I agree, biker might not be 100% to blame on this one.

However, they could have been blocking a spot, took a neighbor’s usual spot and the neighbor decided to move it (I can’t tell if there’s a lock on it), or maybe they did just left it on the crosswalk. Tough to say :(

My Vepsa has been picked up and placed in red zones, where I’ve gotten a ticket. I fought it and won.

Not sure the motorcycle owner is definitely to blame. So save your outrage.
