To answer the above question that place needed more than a few tweaks to be a viable business locale. The building was seriously fucked and that&#039;s kinda why the owner moved out anyhow. Hope the new bar doesn&#039;t suck too much!!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[So many lovely physical bars are ground-up remodeled instead of cleaned up and tweaked a little. Do people hate a good old-fashioned bar? I think the Attic was very attractive, pretty much a model of what a bar should look like. Is there some sanitation reason this always seems to happen when a bar is remodeled? Or do people have investor money they have to spend? I really hope when the Lexington turns over, they hold on to the good stuff.]]></description>
