Ambulance was there. Cycle was on the ground. Bro cyclist was rushing through traffic to get to the scene and photograph it.

I’d've stuck around but I was trying to catch the sunset from atop Bernal Hill.

   So what you are saying is you know absolutely nothing about why the bike is on the ground. In fact the cyclist could very well have hit the car.
