i’ve been trying this in sf with bicycle tubes tied to the back of trucks. a 4 ft piece of rubber is a little short though. once the truck slows, you get pulled quickly into the back of it, and 4 ft isnt enough to swing wide to the side.
i think if we get longer, to water-skiing distance… its So possible.
