Scott is okay, mostly shook up and bruised around the hip (this is why he thinks it was an SUV–he is a tall guy and the bumper hit him at hip level). This is really scary most of all because there really is no way for him to identify who did this. He says he yelled at the driver for 15 seconds and there was no response–absolute silence, which equates to an easy escape. If anyone saw this and can describe the vehicle, please let us know.

That’s horrible! I don’t know Scott, but I have seen him and his dog on Shotwell before and have been alarmed at how many cars do not stop at the stop signs. It’s really bad.
